Hi... I just want to write something about the things that i learn during F&N(Food and Nutrition) lessons last semestral.

F&N(Food and Nutrition) is so fun... I learn how to cook food..... I learned how many nutritions our body need every day... I learned that we should eat less fats as it will be bad for our health..... Fats can sometimes lead us to have high blood pressure......

I like F&N(Food and Nutrition) as it teaches me so much things about the food that we eat and what food we should not eat.....

I learned that we should eat less of fast food stuffs as it is not that so healthy for our body if we keep on eating in the fast food....

We also have our practical..... My F&N(Food and Nutrition) teacher teach us how to cook food or make a new dish using bread.....
I like the dish that we make using bread, milk and i think we also use some butter if i am not wrong....

It really taste so nice....... I really misses those time that we are having practical...... As it is so fun and as we learned new things that we do not know before...... Until our teacher explain to us all the details......

I really misses having F&N(Food and Nutrition) lessons...... How i wish that we will have F&N(Food and Nutrition) lesson until the end of the year.... But i also know that it will not going to happen..... As we need to take a new subject called D&T (Design and Technology)
